Testimony needed - February 5, 2026

There are numerous bills introduced this year that would impact Mauna Kea, including bills on Geothermal at Humu'ula on Mauna Kea. For bills regarding Mauna Kea follow @protectmaunakea. There you can track the bills as they go through committees. It is VITAL that everyone provide testimonies on these bills as well as others that pertain to significant issues being faced right now.

Please submit testimonies OPPOSING Bill HB2593 and SUPPORT Bill HB2592 and the MKSOA before Thursday, February 5th. 

TO TESTIFY:
1. Register for a capitol website account
2. Sign in to capitol.hawaii.gov with your registration information and click the “Submit Testimony” button.
3. Enter “HB2592" or "HB2593" where it says “Enter Bill or Measure.”
4. Input your information and your written testimony.
